"Amazing care by East 2 Ward Sydney Hospital"

I was recently admitted to emergency with a severe kidney infection and dangerously high body temperature. From emergency I was then placed in care of East 2 Ward at Sydney Hospital on Macquarie Street. During my stay I also was diagnosed with heart arrhythmia and pneumonia. The staff are East 2 ward, especially the nurses made nothing seem an issue, or a demand. The team worked incredibly well together and didn’t stop for a minute. An extra shout out to the “A Team” -   Kerryn, Susie, Susan and to Dr Josh and Dr Anthony for providing the right treatment to me. It was a horrifying time for me not knowing what was happening to my body and having further complications in my first few days, as I also had a lot of external stress going on that was out of my control. The treatment I received and empathy from nursing staff at all hours of the morning and night was second to none. I couldn’t have more respect or recommend the hospital staff enough to anyone who is unfortunate to fall ill. Thank you so much guys! ! !
