(as a relative),

I took my husband to Geraldton Regional Hospital recently one afternoon.

We couldn’t praise the doctors and staff in Emergency enough they were so attentive and helpful. They looked after us with the utmost respect and care. 

We both felt very comfortable and as though we mattered and weren’t just another number.

Thank you so much to all involved.

I was so pleased to hear that your husband received professional respectful person centred care and it is through stories like yours, we certainly get a sense of the great care being provided by our staff. I thought I would share with you that the Geraldton Hospital was recently awarded the most outstanding regional hospital in Australia based on feedback just like yours. I will take great pride and delight in passing on your lovely compliment and acknowledgement to our very committed front line staff.
