(as the patient),

I recently visited Exmouth with my parents and unfortunately had to attend the ED with my dad for treatment. I would like to say how grateful we are with the excellent treatment we received from reception staff onwards. The staff are a credit to the hospital and demonstrate how treatment should be given.

In particular, my dad and I would like to thank Dr Sashi and Louise the RN who looked after him for their professionalism and caring attitude they made us feel very secure and confident in his treatment.

Please pass our thanks to them both and let them know we made it home safely.
