I used the Saturday physiotherapy session at Osborne Park hospital. 

I found it was great to do the extra session, building on what I had been doing throughout the week. I redid some of the exercises I had already been doing in addition to doing some new exercises/skills such as walking up stairs. 

I am improving and getting stronger and more confident after each physiotherapy session and am grateful to be able to do a session on the weekend to continue this progression. I felt I was given high quality, professional care. Very happy with my Saturday session.
