"Amazing nurse"

Gillian at Sydney Eye Hospital is the best nurse we have so far met in our lives. Since the time she started assessing my child before his surgery, until we departed from the hospital, she amazed us constantly with her beautiful qualities. She was caring, kindhearted, funny, friendly and very professional. My kids kept their mouths open every time in front of her as she always has a funny joke or a friendly talk or even a funny trick. She cared not only about my child who had to undergo the surgery, but my little one also had a special place in her heart. She cared about her well being too. She was once like a kind Angel, sometimes like a mummy hen who cares and worries about her chicks.

Even though we're from a different culture, she made us feel very special. She respected us and made us feel warm hearted too. We had a big smile and a big heart when we left the hospital. 

She is a very good role model for all the nurses, specially those who work with helpless patients. We love her and she rocks!

We have to emphasise, although all the other nurses, administrators as well as the doctors talked to us very nicely, respecting us, Gillian was the one who made our day. Thanks Gillian xoxo
