"Waiting to be seen by a doctor."

My wife is pregnant. She has booked with Monash Hospital for an afternoon appointment. She went there on time and gave all documents to reception. All people came and went - only my wife was sitting there until the hospital nearly close at about 17:30. She felt so uncomfortable and vomited lots of times in toilet. She kept asking receptionist, did I come on the wrong day or is anything wrong - (asked about 4-6 times), but the receptionist did not really seem to care about my wife and just kept telling her to wait. Until about 17:20 one doctor came out and saw my wife alone and asked about the booking, then just found out they did not even know my wife was there. 

I hope receptionist do their job and please do it better.
