About: Kerang Hospital St John of God Berwick Hospital

(as a relative),

My wife was in Kerang Hospital for a couple of weeks for treatment of an arterial ulcer and the severe pain resulting from this ulcer. It was soon realised that neither ulcer or pain would improve until blood flow to leg could be improved.

The doctor, Dr John and staff were very helpful in explaining the situation and arranging the transfer from Kerang to St John of God Hospital Berwick, where the blockage to blood supply was relieved within a day or so of arriving; with almost immediate improvement.

Thank you all.

Dear Part time,

I am so delighted to hear that your wife's condition improved when she was able to have the blood supply blockage rectified on transfer, and that this treatment at the Berwick Private Hospital has improved her pain and ulcer healing.

I will share your comments with both Dr John and the nursing staff, and am very pleased that you observed that they explained the situation to you, and arranged the details of transfer.

Thank you for taking the time to share your story.

Kind Regards

Chloe
