About: Kerang Hospital

(as the patient),

I had a gastroscopy at the Kerang Hospital. What a great hospital. The staff are so friendly. I would really like to thank Chris and Zoe. Such nice staff and so were everybody else. 

The hospital was so clean and modern. Also in recovery it was nice to get lovely sandwiches and coffee. I don't think anything should change. 

Thanks Kerang Hospital. Made my day. Very relaxing.

Thank you for taking the time to write about your experience in theatre. I will be passing on the compliments to the staff that you have named, but also to the whole team, as they all play a big part in ensuring the patients journey is as pleasant as it can be.

One of our reportable indicators is our hospital cleaning standards and I am delighted that you took notice of how clean the hospital was. Again, I will be passing on your comments to the cleaning staff about your impressions.
