(as the patient),

I wanted to give my compliments to the psychiatry registrar in the Emergency Department Dr Pip who was competent and compassionate at a time when I was in the ED in a time of mental health crisis. She typed out a clear safety plan, for listening to me and my support people, and also the day after I was discharged she also took the time to give me a phone call to follow up.
