"Pulmonary Rehab"

About: Allied Health (Bass Coast Health)

(as the patient),

Just recently I attended an 8 week Pulmonary Rehabilitation course. I can't praise the professionalism of all staff enough. The friendliness, organisations of Denise, physiotherapists, speakers were all appreciated and I personally found the entire 8 weeks very valuable. Keep up the great work. The only problem I find at the hospital is car parking. My lung problem prevents me from walking up hills and it was most difficult to find a car spot close to the door. Had to park down the hill.

Dear waltzfn98,

Thank you so much for taking the time to provide your feedback about the Pulmonary Rehab Course. I am so pleased that you found it beneficial - and we agree that the expertise of Denise and all the Allied Health staff, make this program a huge success. I know they will be really chuffed to read your kind words.

I apologise sincerely about the current car parking arrangements at the hospital. The sloping land and the current layout of the car park make the hospital buildings a particularly difficult place to access. The new re-development will improve the numbers and access to car parks in the longer term; and in the short term, we are doing some other planning with car park experts to see how we can optimise the number of parks including disabled parks, in the coming months. We will keep working on this I promise.

Kind Regards,

Jan
