"Great service at Sydney Hospital"

About: Sydney / Sydney Eye Hospital

(as the patient),

Each staff member, from the lovely lady doing the initial admin to the nurse and then the attending doctor were very efficient and caring. I was seen with a relatively short wait which I realise was lucky, however each staff member displayed professional care and all were just very kind. I wasn’t sure I should be at the hospital and I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time for a surgery that had occurred in another country as a result of an accident, but it wasn’t looking very good & I thought I may need another medical opinion. 

So many bad service stories are told - it would be great if the staff I saw that night (8th Jan, around 7pm at Sydney hospital, 8 Macquarie St Syd) knew how much I appreciated their professional & genuine care.

I will share your appreciation and experience with the staff working on the 8th January, they will really appreciate your positive feedback. Our staff strive each day to care for their patients with professional and kind care and your comments reinforce how well they do this. Thank you for taking the time to send us a good service story and I hope your injury required no further ongoing treatment.
