Working in aged care in close proximity to Canterbury Hospital gives our residents peace of mind from a health care point of view. The hospital has an Outreach program which provides Clinical Nurse Consultants who visit our home to give advice and assistance in managing complex health issues. The service is efficient, friendly and empathic. We know that our residents and their families feel much better because of this community service.
