(as a parent/guardian),

I just wanted to thank all the staff at Sutherland Hospital. I came in to emergency recently with my child and the following day came back for surgery. I wanted to say thank you to all the staff from my first point of contact at triage right through to the receptionist at paediatrics and all the nurses and staff on duty that shift. All the staff were very professional and explained what was going on the whole way. They also spoke to my daughter in a kind and welcoming manner which made the whole experience less scary for my daughter and I. Thank you once again, you are doing a great job.
