"My visit to Ipswich Emergency"

About: Ipswich Hospital / Emergency Department

(as the patient),

I arrived at the Ipswich Hospital with chest pains in the early hours of one morning recently. The hospital was extremely busy and yet I went through quickly. The staff were great! From the person receiving me to the nurses and doctors and X-ray staff. Nurse Loren was phenomenal! Her passion for nursing was so evident and she helped calm me easily. They did everything to ensure I was calm and comfortable whilst they worked out what was going on. Can’t thank them enough, although hoping not to see them again any time soon.

We are delighted that in such a busy and fast paced unit our staff have been able to provide you with quick, reassuring and professional care. The nurses, doctors and support staff have a genuine passion for their work and their community.
