(as a relative),

We currently have Colbrow provided home care services to my parents.

Colbrow are caring and helpful people.

The staff are employees, rather than contractors, which it seems to me also keeps most of the funding for the care use.

Firstly, I want to thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

Feedback, positive or negative, is an important element of our continuous improvement plan which is about making continuous efforts to improve the quality of our services and client experiences – and that’s important to us!

Colbrow has been in the same family for three generations and relationships are the most important part of our business. Our employees are our greatest asset and we nurture them, so they can confidently assist our clients achieve their goals whilst living safely and independently in the comfort of their own home.

It is our goal to employ competent, caring, and well-trained individuals who are responsive to the needs of our clients, and their families. Going by your feedback, it seems we are achieving that goal.
