(as the patient),

Last year I was with Ruah and had two case workers. One of the case workers from Rockingham I found hard to talk to. But the other I was really enjoying her company and felt like I was going somewhere. I never got to say goodbye to the nice case worker because the other suggested I didn’t need the service anymore and I didn’t feel I was given the opportunity to disagree. I feel like it has really messed with me.

I would like firstly to apologize for the experiences you had with Case Workers. I do appreciate you letting us know and for taking the time to write. We have done a lot of work in ensuring the impact of service change on people using our services is as low as possible, especially where this involves a change in Case Worker. This work continues, inclusive of your feedback.
