(as a relative),

Started with respite for my mother after an operation and ended up with a permanent room. Excellent assistance and patience from staff dealing with my siblings and my mother. She is extremely happy, but didn't think she would end up in aged care. The interaction with other patient activities and staff have given her a new outlook and she has picked up mentally and physically.
