I had been looking for a place to reside in and had checked out a few that appeared alright. However these others never got back to me in regards accommodation. Estia Health did. When I visited I noticed the residents were happy and there was interaction between residents and staff. When I decided that I would like to stay at Estia Mount Coolum there was no hesitation in providing me with a room for respite while I fully decided. When I did decide there did not appear to be a problem and I have found the residents and staff easy to get along with and the interaction has continued.
