"District Nurses, San Remo, Victoria"

About: Community Nursing (Bass Coast Health) Primary & Community Care - San Remo

(as the patient),

High praise for the District Nurses with Bass Coast Health at San Remo. These women (I say women as I believe there may only be one male) deserve the highest praise I can give.  I have been fortunate to have daily visits for the past two years from these nurses.  They have looked after not only my physical but also my mental well-being.

These women all possess a genuine, caring attitude and always only want the best for their patients.  So thank-you to the nurses and whoever does the selection of such wonderful women.  Many, many thanks.

Dear sagittariusfy84,

I so agree! What a wonderful group of nurses we have in our District Nurses - skilled, incredibly flexible, amazingly passionate, and caring. All the things that you want from a nurse. We are very proud of this service. It has gone from strength to strength as it has grown over the past years and it is a very important part of our care platform going forward. Thank you so much for taking the time to tell them how much they are appreciated. I know this will make them feel very proud. I wish you well on what is clearly a complex health journey and I am very pleased we are able to provide this wonderful service to support you in your journey. All the best to you!

Kind Regards,

Jan

Thank you Jan. Yes, my problem has been a real problem for the nurses. I was feeling very frustrated for the nurses. They are still treating two chronic wounds I have had for the past two years. They never give up, constantly discussing my problems and thinking of alternate manners in which to help me. They have photographed, phoned and sent emails to doctors and hospitals. They have called in Wound Specialists and always stayed positive and never given up. Their attitude keeps me positive and without their help I hate to think what state I might be in. Thank you girls.
