I would like to compliment all the staff at Box Hill Emergency Department. 

They truly looked after me. 

I attended as I was concerned that my heart may have been having issues.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share comments regarding your experience when attending the Emergency Department at Box Hill Hospital.

This would no doubt have been a very difficult time for you and I am so pleased the staff looked after you so well. It will give me great pleasure to share your comments with the staff and managers of the Emergency Department so they see the impact of what they do each and every day.

I trust you are in the best of health and your heart is doing 'all the right things'!
