So had booked an appointment for first thing, so 9.10am. I arrived early, announced myself and waited accordingly. 9.10 comes and goes and at 9.15, I approach reception. The staff member behind the counter advised they rang the doctor, but couldn’t contact - which tells me the doc was not onsite. So I keep waiting and the doc finally arrives. So even though he was late and I had an appointment, he calls in a walk-in patient. So it is now 9.30 and I approach reception. When I ask when am I going to be seen, as I do have an appointment which is supposed to be prioritised. The receptionist says in response - You’ve only been waiting 20 minutes.

Excuse me! So, no apology and in my opinion, the lack of customer service was appalling. After that I left disgusted as I had another appointment elsewhere to attend.
