"Visit to emergency department in Western Australia"

About: Denmark Health Service

(as the patient),

I tripped on the driveway during my holiday one morning in Denmark whilst running and wasn't able to walk at all on my leg and my ankle was very swollen and bruised. My husband drove me to Denmark ED .

We waited an hour and weren't even triaged. In my opinion, the Clinical Nurse on that day was absolutely terrible. Didn't even get any analgesia whilst waiting. All she told me was that she will be back soon .

I could hear them inside laughing and giggling while I was suffering in pain. As far as I'm concerned it's disgraceful and very unprofessional.
