I learnt lot about myself this time at Mirikai and was able to work on some critical behavioural issues, as well as given the opportunity to heal from deep seated childhood trauma.

Thank you for your story about this time at Lives Lived Well and Mirikai.

It is such a powerful thing in our lives when the space and timing are right and we are able to make progress on critical issues and heal from deep seated childhood trauma. This is a very courageous journey that you have undertaken.
