"Visit to Augusta Hospital"

About: Augusta Hospital

(as the patient),

I attended Augusta Hospital as an outpatient for a regular blood screening. The staff were professional and courteous as always. What concerns me is the large patch of flaky paint in the waiting room and in an adjoining office. Overall, this asset to the Augusta community requires a painting and is in urgent need of some TLC.

I will pass on to the staff your positive feedback about their professional and courteous manner.

I acknowledge the concerns you have raised regarding the large patch of flaky paint in the waiting room and in adjoining office.

The facility is ageing and we endeavor to maintain the building to meet the expectations of the community.

There are a number of improvements currently underway which will address this.

Dear Needing a Facelift,

We have recently completed painting the waiting room and it looks bright and appealing. We have also added some pictures on the wall.

We are continuing to complete more painting in the Augusta Hospital and have plan to replace floor coverings over the year.
