I was sitting down in the waiting room and witnessed an admin lady at St George emergency throw a packet of medicine on a man simply because she seemed angry he didn’t have Id to collect the medicine. I heard him asking for the medicine for his wife who was sick at home. I’m sure the poor man had enough stress on his plate. He had every right to be upset after that.

Even if he didn’t have Id you don’t throw a packet of medicine and storm off angrily. Another lady tried to speak to him as he was upset until a different admin lady asked him to leave very rudely I thought. Poor poor poor customer service and I believe the situation could have easily been handled differently. Sad.
