"Great experience in the Emergency Department"

I wanted to highlight the great experience I had at the Albany Emergency Department under the care of Dr Terry. I have had numerous visits to ED over the 4 years I have lived in Albany and this is the first time I was not worried about the longer wait to see a doctor and get medical attention because I felt heard, understood and was constantly updated with the assessment and management plan even though the team kept getting pulled away to more urgent clients. It was nice to have a doctor who spoke to you as an equal and was able to make jokes even at 2.00 am in the morning. Thank you!
