"Excellent treatment at the Hand Clinic"

I want to commend everyone who works at the Hand Clinic.

I turned up without an appointment (misunderstanding with my GP), after a hand injury.

The staff at the administration desk listened to me and heard me. I was so appreciative that they did not go into 'normal procedure' mode and were flexible to my situation.

I was seen promptly.

The nurses were kind and patient and made me feel so at ease.

The doctor was extraordinary. He made me feel relaxed and eased all of my fear and anxiety.

He was professional. He spoke to me in a respectful manner. He answered my questions. He explained the process.

I received excellent treatment for my injured hand.

I was treated with courtesy and respect. I felt heard and supported through my injury.

I wanted to say thank you.
