(as a service user),

My toddler recently had an appointment with the physio and podiatrist. 

They made my child feel so comfortable by playing with my child and explaining everything they were doing (to both of us!) and making the assessment into a game.

Thank you very much for your feedback - it is always invaluable to hear from our families about their experiences in any of our services! Our children’s services have always strived to make our sessions play-based, which enables children to feel safe and comfortable to be at their best.

This also enables parents to then get the information they require to empower them to be the best support for their child’s development. The Child Health team work best as partners with parents to help the learning and development of their children - so thank you for partnering with us!
