Arcare Helensvale St James has been absolutely wonderful providing care to all my parent's needs. The food is wonderful, they even have a choice of menu. Beautifully displayed table settings. My parent looks so forward to their weekly bingo, high tea, happy hour drinks and the concerts are great entertainment.
The staff has become our extended family who love and show a lot of empathy towards all their residents. Thank you everyone at Arcare for showing love, care and understanding also to our families needs. I visit 3 to 4 times weekly at various times and staff always greet me with a warm smile.
