"My parent's care"

About: South Eastern Sydney Local Health District St George Hospital

(as a relative),

My parent has been in hospital recovering after surgery. They've fully compos mentis but has medical conditions that have slowed their recovery. By the afternoon they developed a throat tickle. By that night they had developed a really chesty cough. The nurses have paged doctors twice and my parent is yet to receive a visit. 

I am really disappointed at the value I feel they put on my parent’s life.
