(as the patient),

After a fall I presented to the Emergency Department with very strong pain in my upper right arm and every person I dealt with, from the admin staff to Dr Kara, were fantastic. In under three hours I had two x-rays, spoke to the doctor and physio and had my dislocated shoulder reset. Even staff not attending me acknowledged me with a smile. Dr Kara explained the problem and the treatment options available and even kept my spouse up to date.
