"Fabulous physiotherapy"

I recently had my last visit with Naomi, a Physiotherapist with Wellington Community Health. She has provided me with support for almost a year following an accident last year and reconstructive surgery early in the year.

Naomi has been a lifeline. Always patient and positive, she often had to demonstrate exercises multiple times before I got it. She offered alternative activities, encouraged me to provide feedback on what worked for me and to take an active role in planning my rehabilitation.

After each session she reminded me that I could make contact if I had any questions and she has allowed me to feel confident that I can take responsibility for on-going recovery.

Being able to access this service at Donnybrook Hospital has made life easy for me. The staff at the hospital are always welcoming. Thank you.
