Was admitted to Kerang Health recently due to racing heart rate. Was extremely happy with service provided from time of admission to discharge. Even though staff were very busy care was not neglected.

Dear grusqm44,

Thank you for your story about your reason for admission and the way that you found the care. Having a racing heart can be a scary and uncomfortable sensation for many people, and I am really pleased that you were so happy with the service from our organisation.

As our Acute Ward also has an Urgent Care Centre staffed from the same group of staff, this whole department can at times be very busy, as people walk in requesting care and treatment, and the admitted patients still have to have their care needs met as well.

Thank you for making note that your care was not neglected despite the 'busyness' of the ward. Our values include Care and Excellence, and I feel that your story is a great demonstration of these values.
