"Staff made me feel important at Collie Hospital"

About: Collie Hospital

(as the patient),

I went in for a procedure, colonoscopy and gastroscopy, recently. Very happy with the way I was treated with professionalism and and with the care of staff. Even though I wasn’t admitted they gave me food afterwards. Meals were great. Had a follow-up phone call some days later to check up on me, which was very good. I felt important. Highly recommend even though it is a small hospital. Some staff knew me and other people in town.

Dear waltzkg69,

Thank you for taking the time to provide such good feedback on the care that you received at Collie Hospital while admitted for day procedures.

It is really good to know that your were treated professionally and that the staff followed up with a phone call a few days later.

I will ensure that the staff involved are made aware of your lovely comments.

Thank You

Lucy Murphy
