We recently attended the Emergency Department and were disappointed at the lack of cleanliness in the waiting area of a new hospital. We never saw a cleaner or PCA in the few hours spent in the department. There were toddler hand prints on the walls and food squashed on the floor. The vinyl furnishings looked grubby and uncleaned.
Aside from that, the staff were all wonderful.
