"Waiting for a refund"

About: Patient Assisted Travel Scheme - WACHS Midwest

(as a parent/guardian),

I was told that I would be refunded for fuel into my account by the end of last week and then I rang and was told that it would be refunded into my account at the beginning of next week and I rang again and was told that it was just submitted and it should be refunded at the end of the week or beginning of the next week.
