"My road to wellness"

I am writing this letter just to say thank you to this company and everyone who works here.

I have been to many councillors, psychologists, psychiatrists, and done many drug and rehab courses over the past 25 years, but none of them have ever been successful. I experienced trauma as a kid and grew up in a hard situation. This led me to start taking drugs and abusing alcohol as a young teenager. This reflected onto my adult life, where I followed into a deep rut of drug and alcohol abuse. No one I ever went to see did me any good or helped me out of this rut.

Since becoming a client of Lives Lived Well and seeing Steve on a regular basis I am feeling more positive and assured of my well-being than I have in my entire life. Never before had I seen anyone who didn’t feel an unnecessary need to delve into my past. Steve helped me to accept that my past has happened, there is nothing that can be done about that, and instead to focus about setting up a positive present and future.

Steve set me weekly exercise and challenges that pushed me to progress into a healthier mindset. These challenges helped me to start seeing things in a positive aspect and stop falling back onto a negative manner of thought, improving relationships with the people that are important in my life and working towards improving my failing business.

Steve’s encouraging demeanour, positive outlook, and the effect of the challenges he set me are what I contribute all my current success to.

Steve, you’re a legend. Thank you so much.
