"Wonderful professionalism and care at Angliss Hospital"

About: Angliss Hospital

(as the patient),

I was a patient in the Angliss Hospital for around 5 weeks. I just felt I should give these wonderful people a shout out. Their professionalism and care was second to none. From the doctors, Rohana, Adrian and Harrison. They were all amazing. I felt well cared for. Like I mattered. The nursing staff too were all great. Simone, Sonia, Amit, Avit, Michelle, Shirley, Sue and so many more. They treated me like a friend. That’s important when you find yourself spending a lot of time in hospital. Everyone is friendly even the staff who bring the coffees and meals. Lou was a particular favourite of mine. She was kindness itself. And of course, I can’t leave a compliment without mentioning my wonderful physio Andy.

So thank you Angliss Hospital. I appreciated everything you did for me.

As a very proud Chief Executive, its clear the Eastern Health values of Patients First, Kindness, Respect, Excellence, Agility and Humility were displayed by all, but particularly Rohana, Adrian,Harrison, Simone, Sonia, Amit, Avit, Michelle, Shirley, Sue and Lou. It will give me great pleasure to share your comments with them and their managers so they get to see the incredible impact they have had on your experience.

I trust you are recovering well from whatever brought you to hospital in the first place and resuming your 'normal' life.
