(as the patient),

I attended the Emergency Department on a Friday evening and was impressed by the nurse at the triage desk, Kaylene. She introduced herself and even though the reason I was there was minor was she very thorough and made me feel like I was in the right place. I found her manner very caring and helpful as she explained the process to me and my partner. I also noted that she was constantly in the waiting room checking on other people and cleaning the area. I also found the rest of the staff equally as helpful I just didn't get their names to say thanks. The staff I dealt with there are all wonderful.
