Our Northam family would like to thank and acknowledge all the wonderful staff at Northam Hospital for the special care they have given to our mum over the last 5 weeks. Nothing has been too much trouble and although mum could be difficult you all showed compassion and kindness during a very difficult transition in her life.  You are all amazing.

Thank you for taking the time to share your lovely story. Changes in life as we get older can be stressful not only for the patient but their loved ones as well and I was delighted to read you felt your mother was well cared for and supported during her stay

WA Country Health Service Wheatbelt aims to provide the highest quality care with kindness, compassion and integrity across all areas of our services and I am very proud of the level of commitment and dedication our staff show in their roles. I have asked that your kind words be passed onto the staff,as I know they will appreciate receiving recognition such as this, as well as my own appreciation for the excellent care and support they have provided.

Once again thank you for sharing your kind words and hope that your mother is doing well.
