My spouse had to go to Emergency Department in Carnarvon recently and we were very impressed with the services from the staff. They were very attentive, helpful and listened to all our concerns. They made us feel welcomed and valued. Doctor Nigel was professional and very friendly, as was the nurse manager Julie. The nurse was also very thorough and very informative, assisting us to understand each step of the treatment.
This morning my spouse also had to come back to check their results and once again we were treated with the utmost care, with the doctor being thorough and informative. Although there was a bit of a wait, my spouse is now on the road to recovery and we would just like to thank all the staff whom treated my spouse.
