Thank you for taking the time to tell us about your recent experience at Kerang District Health. I am pleased to hear that the nursing staff were terrific, and your experience with us was great. I will pass on your praise to those nursing staff.

We are fortunate to have such wonderful facilities in a country hospital, and I hope that your previous experiences at Kerang District Health have also been positive.

I am also pleased to hear that the food was excellent, as our catering and domestic staff put a great deal of effort into making healthy and appealing meals.

We encourage staff and the community to look on the Patient Opinion site under Kerang District Health to read and understand some of the community's observations about the health service.

I think it is excellent to share these stories with the wider community, and we do think of the stories as a gift. There are always improvements that we can make.
