Thank you for your comments. Our pathology clinic is very busy servicing the many outpatient and ambulatory patients that come to Royal Melbourne every day. We believe that it is important to provide safe timely effective and person centred care (STEP) and feedback such as yours validates our efforts to achieve this. We know we don't always get it right but we are always prepared to listen and improve when necessary.
