"Health and Independence Program was amazing"

My parent's daily life and outlook has really benefited from the care and service they have received over the last few months from this program. They are now more confident in their preferred situation of living independently with chronic health conditions. I am grateful and relieved that now they have improved skills and knowledge to help manage their condition and situations. 

The service from the carer from Health and Independence Program was amazing with sensitivity and professionalism shown toward my parent's dignity and privacy.
