(as the patient),

I attended the clinic recently and left that day a bit sad, not with the staff but the fact my tooth was still in my mouth. So, thank you for the medicine that allowed me to come back and get it removed.

The staff were brilliant in dealing with my anxiety.

They pulled my tooth, fantastic. Thank you.
