My child was admitted to Maroondah Hospital Emergency Department twice. We were very lucky to have wonderful care from Gabrielle whom triaged us through to the admission staff and Anneliese in the Paediatric Short Stay Ward. We had Anneliese for both the admissions. I was overjoyed when we saw Anneliese for both the times. She remembered us from our first admission and I found her to be caring, engaging with my child, professional and overall was amazing. 

She is an absolute asset to Eastern Health.

Dear hadarbe98,

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with your child when they presented to the Emergency Department and were then admitted to the Short Stay Unit at Maroondah Hospital.

Whilst this must have been a very troubling time for you and your child, I was so pleased to read of the incredible impact that Gabrielle and especially Anneliese had on your experience. It will give me great pleasure to share your comments with them and their managers so they see first hand the impact they have had.

I trust your child is making a full recovery and doing all the things they normally do!
