(as a parent/guardian),

After presenting twice to Bunbury Hospital Emergency Department (ED) with my infant  in a 24 hour time frame, we were both exhausted and I was desperate for answers and a solution to why my babe was so unwell.

I just wanted to share that Doctor Heidi from Emergency is absolutely amazing with children, she was patient with all my questioning and she was very thorough with her care. I left Emergency with my baby feeling a lot more confident with the symptoms than I had been. 

What an absolute joy to have her on your Emergency team.
