(as a carer),

My elderly parent recently experienced a medical problem that required admission via the Emergency Department to the Medical Ward and Rehabilitation Ward at the Albany Regional Hospital. 

I wish to relay my thanks and appreciation to all of the medical teams in the Emergency Department, Medical Ward and Rehabilitation Ward for their kindness and the clinical care shown to my parent. Everyone involved kept us in the loop with regards to treatment options and ongoing care at home. The Occupational Therapists visited our home to provide comments and suggestions to assist in the care of my parent when they returned home.

Please pass on our thanks to all involved and based on our experience we feel very privileged to have such excellent care at our disposal.
