"Excellent experience"

I recently told a story about my parent's Gall Stone attack. (view story here: https://www.patientopinion.org.au/opinions/72753)

We were in the Armadale Hospital Emergency Department (ED) recently and all medical staff were amazingly caring & understanding of my parent's fear for another Gall Stone attack & blood pressure. Dr Hu was confused to find what they thought was a Private Health covered patient at a public hospital which was not the case. I believe this was because of another doctor providing incorrect information. Dr Hu took over matters and finally had my parent taken off the Private Health system and onto the public. 

All we can say is that we are so thankful for the hard work he did. All staff were amazing. Before we knew it my parent was heading up to Colyer Surgical and Medical Ward where the medical staff were so efficient, so caring and so on the ball. I couldn't believe the care my parent received in the public system and am so so very grateful.
