(as the patient),

I've had two recent visits with an eye infection. All staff (admin, triage, Registered Nurse (RN) and medical) provided good service, particularly in relation waiting time expectations for all in attendance.

Of note; the RN, whose name I did not get, but she assisted me on 6 & 8 September 2019, was very efficient, smart and comical. Put me at rest and ease in circumstances where I was in pain and worried about my sight.  Great empathy and humour.
